• Videoke, music and loud noise: until 10:00 PM
• Pool: open until 9:00 PM

Welcome to The Casa Vella. These rules keep the property safe, protect our neighbours, and make sure every guest enjoys their stay. Please share them with everyone in your group before you arrive.

Noise and videoke

• Videoke, sound systems and loud music must be switched off by 10:00 PM. This is a firm cut-off, not a guideline — we are in a residential area and this is what keeps us on good terms with our neighbours.
• After 10:00 PM, please keep conversation and activity at an indoor volume. You are welcome to keep enjoying the property; we only ask that it cannot be heard from outside the gate.
• Repeated noise complaints may end the booking early without refund.

Pool and grounds

• The pool closes at 9:00 PM and is not to be used after that time, for safety and noise reasons.
• Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No glass containers in or around the pool area.
• Please shower before swimming, and no diving — the pool is not depth-rated for it.

Your door code

• You will receive a temporary door code before your arrival. It is unique to your booking and stops working at the end of your stay.
• Please do not share your code with anyone outside your group, or post it anywhere online.
• If the code does not work on arrival, message us right away rather than forcing any door or lock.

Guests and capacity

• Only the number of guests declared in your booking may stay on the property. Extra guests must be declared in advance and are charged per head.
• Day visitors who were not part of the booking are not permitted without prior approval.
• Parking is limited to the slots included in your booking — 2 at Villa 1, 5 at Villa 2.

Care of the property

• No smoking or vaping indoors. Please use the outdoor areas and dispose of butts properly.
• Please report any damage or breakage to us during your stay rather than at checkout — accidents happen, and it is easier to sort out early.
• The cost of significant damage, loss, or missing items may be charged to the booking.
• Please do not move heavy furniture between rooms or villas.

Events and cooking

• Events, parties and shoots must be declared at booking — the rate and inclusions differ from a regular stay.
• Events and parties carry a ₱3,000 cleaning fee, added to your booking total.
• Kitchens are available for guest use. Please clean as you go and return items to where you found them.
• No open flames, fireworks or firecrackers anywhere on the property.

Check-out

• Please observe the check-out time for your booked slot. Late departures may be charged as extra hours, subject to availability.
• Bag your trash and leave it in the bins provided.
• Return furniture and rearranged items to their original positions, switch off aircons and lights, and close all windows and doors.
• Please leave the property secured on your way out.
